GENERAL SUMMARY
Acts as the primary interface for first level customers/clients (sales center staff, owners associations, property management teams, HOAs, residents, and developers). Responsible for the coordination and day-to-day marketing activities of Connexion Technologies’ clients, ensuring that both corporate (Developers/Property Staff) and end user (Residents/Subscribers) marketing initiatives are successfully implemented. The Account Manager will drive Video\Data\Voice penetration targets and corresponding revenue increases by coordinating all available sales channels with the end of goal of a property reaching “healthy property” status as defined by management.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
• Maintains contact with the developer, sales center staff, property management, and Home Owner’s Association (HOA) and residence through regular site visits, community times, events, call campaigns,
and door to door communication.
• Funnels issues from the property and escalated issues from the residence and information to the appropriate team members [Regional Operations Manager and Service Bureau (Cell Center, Billing & Collections, NOC)] to ensure resolution of all escalated issues.
• Collects and maintains projected and actual closing lists and submits these to the Data Management Group on a regular basis,
• Organize events with developer/sales office/HOA for opportunity to up sell end-users and customer education. All actions will be to increase end user sales revenue and overall product penetration.
• Assists with the creation of strategies that proactively address HOA transitions
• Assists with issues regarding revenue assurance & property health – Work with corporate marketing to develop and implement sound marketing plans and measurement of increases of revenue on assigned properties.
• Attends HOA meetings as a representative of the company responsible to answer all questions and engage other departments to resolve all issues using your internal customer base.
• Maintains Enlighten updates, property unit counts, PPR audit, Marketing Material in Sharepoint (Portal).
• Update and communicate effectively on escalated billing issues to property manager and resident.
• Regular reporting of revenue increases on property through penetration report and other means.
Corporate Marketing
• Work with Corporate Marketing to implement corporate marketing initiatives and use telecommunication services as an amenity in selling services and differentiating the community.
• Developer Marketing Kit, logos, press releases, articles, web copy, materials, co-op advertising, brochures for individual new prospective properties.
• Educate, train and motivate sales center representatives/Property managers or HOA manager to understand Fiber to the Home, Connexion Technologies’ position on property, and their opportunities to market the services to their prospective buyers.
End User Marketing
• Maintain contact with property for collateral needs, events, and communications such as current services and bundles, new services, and temporary services and materials. Educate on new services.
• Responsible for property mailings/notifications, material management and on site collateral.
• Work with Product Marketing to implement and rollout promotions to increase revenue and penetration rates and track results. Through marketing plans, reporting and monitoring revenue increases.
• Organize resident events for promotion of new services & up-selling directly to end user sales.
• Work collectively with the regional team regarding commercial/retail product needs.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement of bundled and subscription services on property to increase revenue
• Educate regional technicians for proper understanding of products and marketing material to drive sales.
• Increase direct end user sales through marketing, calls, door to door and events on all of your properties. A monthly planning calendar of being on property marketing directly to end users should be submitted and planned.
NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs other duties as assigned and required by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong public speaking/presentation skills
• Basic to intermediate proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High energy, confident individual with strong sales & customer service skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 4 year degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred.
• 1-2 years of real estate-related experience (sales, property management, marketing, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of broadcast video services (Satellite, Cable TV etc.), Telecommunications and Broadband internet services preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
SPECIAL FEATURES
• Regular travel to assigned properties is required with occasional overnight travel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to manage several properties and property managers weekly
• Able to run their own reports in Enlighten and audit for credits and for revenue increase
• Able to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods at a time to reach remote sites.
