GENERAL SUMMARY
The Sales / Event Representative role is to help the sales and marketing team to increase Service Provider product penetration on both New and Existing Properties. This includes participating in and holding On-Site Marketing Events; Providing professional presentations of Service Provider product offerings; Direct Sales efforts, and building strong relationships with Property Managers and End User Customers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieves assigned Marketing & Sales goals
• Provides assistance to Regional Sales Directors & Account Managers for on-site marketing events of new and existing Accounts
• Assist with on-site Program Communication to new and existing Accounts.
• Provide Professional Presentations/ Education to Home/ Condo Owners Associations (HOA/COA) Board Members, Property Managers and End Users Residents on Service Provider Products and Services
• Completes all back-office requirements for personal and/or team sales initiatives (Order Entry & Follow-up)
• Assist in Event set up and organization as necessary
• Attend meetings with Company regional staff as needed/ requested
• Assist with all non- sales inquiries by forwarding to appropriate personnel or escalation
• Assist with outbound call campaigns as needed/ requested
• Proficient in Enlighten and order entry with provided training
• Assist with door to door campaigns as needed/ requested
• Provide professional write up/ overview of events, to include pictures of the event
• Complete Administrative work as directed by management
OTHER ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform other duties as assigned and required by management

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong public speaking/presentation skills
• Ability to manage, lead, train and hold accountable the team assigned
• Promote partnership and a productive sales initiative with peers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 4 year degree in Business and/or marketing preferred
• Experience in Sales & Marketing management in a Cable TV, Internet or Telecom service related field a plus but not required

• 50-75% Travel Should be Expected (Approved Travel Related Expenses Paid by Company)
