Description

GENERAL SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the Product Program Coordinator is to be intimately involved with our content providers for our Laguna and Gulf Shores properties to ensure that we are paying the appropriate content fees based on allowed calculations.
 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and Maintain NCTC and other direct programmer relationships.
• Alert supervisor of any policy or costs changes to ensure we are maintain minimum required margins on services.
• Manage relationships with long distance rate carriers to ensure we are passing along the proper charges to customers.
• Assist product managers in the launch of a new product or pricing policies.
• Support regional teams on amending contracts or product agreement changes on current properties
• Coordinate with Legal to review the product information documented in contracts and amendments.

NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• General support to Product Manager where necessary in communication and training of products
• Test additions and enhancements to the product catalog and call center services screen in enlighten.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Detailed understanding of current products, service provider relationships and pricing structures
• Experience with Microsoft office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel Skills required
• Billing system experience preferred
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 4-year degree in related field required (marketing, business administration, finance, etc)
